I specialize in using classical Ballet and Progressive Ball Technique, mixed with a Pilates foundation, to assist non-dancers, aspiring and professional dancers with sculpting lean ballet bodies with proper alignment and powerful cores. I also teach ballet, social and house dance to those looking to brush up on their dancing skills.
